01Introduction
DLSOne is the online platform used by I-TECH India to schedule, notify, and run Distance Learning Sessions (DLS) for staff at ART Centres and partner organisations across India.
As a member, you use DLSOne to register once, receive invitations to upcoming sessions, and join live Zoom sessions with a single click.
Who this manual is for
ART Centre staff — Medical Officers, Sr. Medical Officers, Counsellors, Data Managers, Lab Technicians, and other staff — as well as members from partner organisations such as ICTC, LAC, CSC, TI NGO, DAPCU and SACS who attend Distance Learning Sessions.
What you can do as a member
- Create and verify your own account
- Log in securely from a phone, tablet, or computer
- See the list of sessions you are eligible to attend
- Receive email invitations with a personal one-click join link
- Join a live session and report how many staff are attending from your centre
- Update your profile and change your password
02Registering Your Account
Every member must register once before joining any session. You can register yourself from the portal, or an administrator may create your account and email you a temporary password.
Self-registration
- Open the portal. Go to the DLSOne address and click Register / Create Account.
- Enter your details. Full name, email address, and mobile number.
- Choose your designation and organisation. The options shown adjust to your selection.
- Select your location. Choose State, then District, then ART Centre — each fills in based on the previous choice.
- Set a password. Use a mix of letters and numbers.
- Solve the math captcha. Answer the short sum to confirm you are not a robot.
- Submit. A verification email is sent to the address you entered.
Verifying your email
Open the verification email from DLSOne and click the confirmation link. Your account becomes active and you can log in. If the email is not in your inbox within a few minutes, check your Spam / Promotions folder.
03Logging In
- Go to the portal. The landing page shows the member login.
- Enter your credentials. The email and password you registered with.
- Click Login. You are taken to your member dashboard.
04Resetting a Forgotten Password
- Click “Forgot password?” on the login page.
- Enter your registered email and submit to request a reset link.
- Open the reset email and click the secure link it contains.
- Set a new password, confirm it, then log in.
05Your Member Dashboard
After logging in, your dashboard is your home screen. It lists the sessions relevant to you and shows the current status of each. You only see sessions you are eligible to attend — national sessions are visible to everyone, while regional sessions appear only if your state is part of that session’s target region.
Understanding the Join button
The Join button changes depending on the session’s status, so you always know what to expect:
| Button / status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Join (active) | The host has started the session — tap to enter. |
| Not started yet | The session is scheduled but the host has not opened it. Try again at the start time. |
| Completed | The session has finished. |
| Cancelled | The session was called off by the administrator. |
Logging out
When you finish, click Sign Out in the top navigation bar to end your session securely — especially important on a shared computer.
06Joining a Session
There are two easy ways to join a session, and both lead to the same place.
Join from your email invitation (recommended)
When a session is scheduled for you, DLSOne emails you a personal invitation containing a one-click join link. Tap the link — it signs you in automatically and takes you straight to the join step, so you do not need to type your password.
Join from the dashboard
Log in to the portal, find the session on your dashboard, and tap Join when it is active.
The Group Join Form
Often several staff watch a session together on one screen at an ART Centre. So that everyone is counted, DLSOne shows a short form before it opens Zoom:
- If you are at an ART Centre: enter how many staff of each designation are watching with you — Medical Officer, Sr. Medical Officer, Counsellor, Data Manager, Lab Technician, and Other Staff.
- If you are from another organisation: simply enter the total number of people watching with you.
07Managing Your Profile
Update your details
- Open your profile. Click your name or the Profile link in the menu.
- Edit your information. Update your name or other details as needed.
- Save. Your changes take effect immediately.
Change your password
- Go to the Password tab in your profile.
- Enter your current and new password, then confirm the new one.
- Save. Use the new password the next time you log in.
08Notifications — What to Expect
DLSOne keeps you informed by email. You will receive a message when a session is scheduled for you, and it includes your personal one-click join link. To make sure you receive these:
- Add the DLSOne sender address to your email contacts so messages are not filtered as spam.
- Keep your registered email address up to date in your profile.
09Troubleshooting & FAQ
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| I did not get my verification or invitation email. | Check Spam / Promotions, confirm your email is correct in your profile, and ask your administrator to re-send if needed. |
| My join link says it expired. | Links are valid for 24 hours. Log in to the portal directly and join from your dashboard, or ask for a fresh notification. |
| I cannot see a session a colleague mentioned. | It may be a regional session for a different state. You only see sessions your location is eligible for. |
| The Join button is greyed out. | The host has not started the session yet. Try again at the scheduled start time. |
| I am locked out after wrong passwords. | Wait a few minutes, then try again or reset your password. |
10Getting Help
If you are stuck, contact your DLSOne administrator at I-TECH India. When you write in, please include your registered email, the session title and date, and a short description (a screenshot helps) so your issue can be resolved quickly.
