    05Your Member Dashboard

After logging in, your dashboard is your home screen. It lists the sessions relevant to you and shows the current status of each. You only see sessions you are eligible to attend — national sessions are visible to everyone, while regional sessions appear only if your state is part of that session’s target region.

    Understanding the Join button

The Join button changes depending on the session’s status, so you always know what to expect:

    Button / statusWhat it means
Join (active)The host has started the session — tap to enter.
Not started yetThe session is scheduled but the host has not opened it. Try again at the start time.
    CompletedThe session has finished.
CancelledThe session was called off by the administrator.
Figure 2. Your dashboard. (A) an active Join button means the host has started the session. (B) Join Again with a “host may not have started yet” note means it is not open yet. The cards at the top summarise your upcoming and joined sessions.

    Logging out

When you finish, click Sign Out in the top navigation bar to end your session securely — especially important on a shared computer.

    06Joining a Session

There are two easy ways to join a session, and both lead to the same place.

Join from your email invitation (recommended)

When a session is scheduled for you, DLSOne emails you a personal invitation containing a one-click join link. Tap the link — it signs you in automatically and takes you straight to the join step, so you do not need to type your password.

Keep your link privateYour join link is personal to you and is valid for 24 hours. Do not forward it — each member should use their own link so attendance is recorded correctly.

    Join from the dashboard

Log in to the portal, find the session on your dashboard, and tap Join when it is active.

    The Group Join Form

Often several staff watch a session together on one screen at an ART Centre. So that everyone is counted, DLSOne shows a short form before it opens Zoom:

    • If you are at an ART Centre: enter how many staff of each designation are watching with you — Medical Officer, Sr. Medical Officer, Counsellor, Data Manager, Lab Technician, and Other Staff.
    • If you are from another organisation: simply enter the total number of people watching with you.
Figure 4. The Group Attendance form as it first opens, before you enter any numbers.
Figure 5. Use the – and + buttons to set the number of staff for each designation (1). The Total Staff Joining updates automatically (2). Click Confirm & Join Session to continue to Zoom (3).
You can correct the numbersIf you submit the group form and realise the count is wrong, just join again and re-enter it. The latest entry replaces the previous one — counts are not added together.

    1. Open your profile. Click your name or the Profile link in the menu.
    2. Edit your information. Update your name or other details as needed.

    08Notifications — What to Expect

DLSOne keeps you informed by email. You will receive a message when a session is scheduled for you, and it includes your personal one-click join link. To make sure you receive these:

    • Add the DLSOne sender address to your email contacts so messages are not filtered as spam.
